✅ Martin Rand - Martin is an entrepreneur sharing his time between Estonia and the US. At the moment he is the co-founder and CEO of Pactum - an ambitious new startup automating negotiations using AI. Previously he co-founded, acted as the CEO and sold his startup called Vitalfields - and, guess what, the journey started at a hackathon. Martin has extensive knowledge to share on how to build up an idea to a global success story.

✅ Niko Porkka - Niko is a serial startup founder. At the moment he is working on Talentbyte - a startup that helps you to recruit top talent for onsite and remote positions. Niko has gathered endless knowledge and experience on building ealry-stage teams himself and helping others do the same.

✅ Arbob Mehmood - Arbob is the founder of SoloCoin, an app which gamifies social distancing by rewarding people who stay at home. Solocoin already attracted a team of 25+ open source collaborators. Contributors are from around the world including CXOs of startups, senior leaders from Microsoft, Uber & GitHub & universities like Stanford, IIT & BITS-Pilani. The community is now 300+ strong.

The talk is moderated by Priit Salumaa. Priit is a team member at The Global Hack. He has also co-founded several organisations and companies like Mobile Mondays. Garage48, Latitude59 and Mooncascade, one of the top development houses in Estonia.
